About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin & Cashier to join our dynamic team at ENG HUAT BISCUITS MFG SDN.BHD' in Taiping, Perak. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for providing administrative support and cashier duties to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handling cash handling and balancing duties as the designated cashier
  • Providing customer service support, including responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
  • Participating in other ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or cashier role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in handling cash and reconciling accounts
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
