Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive preferred.

Description- Serving mainly to the needs of the Group CEO whilst direct reporting to the CEO Office Manager.
- Manage the Group CEO's complex schedule, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and event planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients and partners.
- Prepare and review documentation, such as correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations and decision-making processes.
- Assist the Group CEO at meetings, e.g. taking minutes and preparing refreshments as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements for the Group CEO such as such as flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
- Manage travel and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Involving and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the CEO Office by supporting the administrative works.
- Any other tasks as may be required by the Group CEO and the CEO Office Manager.
- Ensure at all times strict confidentiality of the job function and information that is confidential in nature.
Requirements- Candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive are preferred. However, fresh graduates with a diploma in secretarial studies or with relevant internship experience are also encouragedtoapply.
- Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications.
