Job summary

A leading energy company in Shah Alam is looking for a skilled administrative assistant to greet customers, manage sales documents, and coordinate between departments. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office. This role involves ensuring efficient operations and supporting various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Computer literate.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming walk-in guests or visitors.
  • Prepare, process, and check documents relating to Sales and Purchase.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend to billing, collection, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing system is maintained.
  • Arrange daily dispatch/courier items.
  • Assist in other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Scope

  • Greeting and welcoming walk-in guest or visitors

  • Coordinate with various department such as sales, logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • To attend to billing, collection, correspondence and follow up on Sales and Purchases
  • To ensure proper filling system and information posted in system is up-to-date
  • Arrange daily despatch/courier items
  • To assist in all other duties assigned by the superior


Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field
  • Required language : Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Prefer candidate able to write and speak English
  • Must be computer literate : Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Experience in Auto Count system will be added advantage
