About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time Sales Admin Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at MANFORCE GROUP BERHAD, a leading provider of professional consulting services. Based in Kota Damansara, Selangor, you will play a crucial administrative and support role in driving the company's sales and customer success initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including customer data management.
  2. Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  3. Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of sales-related activities.
  5. Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a sales or client-facing administrative role.
