• Collaborate with external parties to ensure on-time deliveries and confirm lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize them to align with inventory control objectives and support promotional activities.
• Analyze sell-out vs replenishment data to optimize inventory holding within established KPIs and provide ongoing support to internal and external parties.
