Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Organization & Management: Maintain and archive technical documents,contracts, drawings, and test reports. Ensure accuracy and timely submission incoordination with project document controllers (DC).
  • Document Preparation: Assist engineers in preparing technical and business related documents, including bid proposals, PPRs, test scripts, and service introduction materials.
  • Client Communication: Support engineers in liaising with clients, documenting requirements, and reporting key feedback to management.
  • Test Equipment Management: Maintain an inventory of testing equipment, oversee warehouse stock-in/out records, and manage annual calibration.
  • Technical Support: Assist with on-site data center testing operations and provide necessary support.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle urgent department matters and support colleagues in cross functional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Business, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of work experience are welcome.
  • Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, PPT, and AI.
  • Experience as a document controller in M&E installation projects is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay is preferred.
  • Must be willing to work at a construction site office.
