Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome walk-in guests or visitors.
  2. Prepare, process, and check documents related to Sales and Purchase.
  3. Coordinate with departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  4. Handle billing, collections, correspondence, and follow-up on Sales and Purchases.
  5. Maintain proper filing systems and ensure information posted in the system is up-to-date.
  6. Arrange daily dispatch/courier items.
  7. Assist in other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Scope:

  • Greeting and welcoming walk-in guests or visitors.
  • Preparing, processing, and checking documents related to Sales and Purchase.
  • Coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance departments for timely delivery.
  • Handling billing, collections, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
  • Ensuring proper filing system and updated information in the system.
  • Arranging daily dispatch/courier items.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • SPM / Diploma or higher qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Ability to write and speak English is preferred.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Auto Count system is an advantage.
