Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome walk-in guests or visitors.
- Prepare, process, and check documents related to Sales and Purchase.
- Coordinate with departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle billing, collections, correspondence, and follow-up on Sales and Purchases.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure information posted in the system is up-to-date.
- Arrange daily dispatch/courier items.
- Assist in other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Scope:

Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Ability to write and speak English is preferred.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Auto Count system is an advantage.
