We are seeking a talented and organized Admin Assistant to join our team at BAN LUNG MEDICAL CO. in Miri, Sarawak. This full-time role will provide vital administrative support across the company, helping to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team

Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports

Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems

Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
