Job Overview


To assist the Director with administrative tasks and clerical support. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre, such as overseeing the teaching and learning system, venue booking, ensuring the availability of equipment and facilities, maintaining and updating filings and documentation, organizing meetings, and providing other administrative support. Additionally, to assist in managing and preparing student results for endorsement at the centre and university levels.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in academic management processes for Language, General Studies, and University subjects.
  • Provide clerical support to the Assistant Executive, including handling emails, letters, inquiries, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage all document filing in the centre to ensure records are traceable.
  • Assist the Director in the operation of the centre.

Skills and Experiences


Required Qualifications

  • Diploma level qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of clerical work and filing procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good computer skills and effective communication skills.
