Job Overview

To assist the Director in administrative tasks and clerical support. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations at the Centre, such as managing the teaching and learning system, venue booking, ensuring the availability of equipment and facilities, maintaining and updating filings and documentation, organizing meetings, and providing other support. To assist in managing and preparing students' results for endorsement at the centre and university level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in academic management processes for language, general studies, and university subjects.
  • Assist the Assistant Executive with clerical support in the centre, including handling emails, letters, inquiries, reports, and minutes.
  • Manage all document filing in the centre to ensure record traceability.
  • Assist the Director in operating the centre.
