Company Background:

We represent a tuition center in Singapore specializing in Mathematics and Science, with tutors trained according to Singapore education standards. As they expand, they are hiring an Admin Assistant to join their team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment: Manage student registrations, collect documents, and update records.
  • Attendance: Track attendance, notify parents of absences, and ensure fee payments.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate student schedules with tutors based on availability and preferences.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the center, including classrooms and common areas.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock of stationery, textbooks, and supplies.
  • Billing: Prepare and send invoices for tuition fees and charges.
  • Payments: Handle and record payments accurately.
  • Parent Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student, tutor, and financial records.
  • Documentation: Prepare and file necessary paperwork.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience with invoicing, documentation, and liaising with customers is advantageous.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Working hours: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
  • Age: 25 years old and below.
