A leading healthcare distributor in Malaysia is seeking an Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support to the sales team. Responsibilities include preparing promotional materials, coordinating exhibitions, and assisting with documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Science, be computer literate, and demonstrate strong customer service orientation. To provide administrative support, and execute request as and when requested by the team leader and sales team.
To provide in-house marketing support to the sales team to facilitate sales processes.
To attend to documentation request by internal and external customer
To arrange local and oversea travelling trip for the company staff
Assist in preparing quotation & tender as and when is required
Copy, digitize and file office documents
Answers incoming phone calls
Assists admin and CS/Logistic team with duties on an as-needed basis
Candidates must possess at least diploma in Science and is computer literate.
Result and customer service orientated
Resourceful with a can - do attitude
