Expected salary: RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare project documents, and regularly follow up on project progress.
Process engineering service department-related data and prepare reports accordingly, assisting management-level personnel in accessing and understanding the data.
Perform documentation management by regularly updating project file records, contracts, qualifications, and government department-related licenses, and archiving them promptly.
Assist the Head of the engineering service department in planning and confirming the department's monthly meetings or training, and carry out other meeting management tasks.
Responsible for the daily working tasks of project administration.
Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
