Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing admin report as and when required by the Management.
  2. Process, organize and maintain necessary documentation, files and records.
  3. Liase and support all departments on any administrative matters.
  4. Ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems are in place.
  5. Overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  6. Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
