About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team at KF KARISMA SDN BHD' in Cyberjaya, Selangor. This full-time role will provide critical administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Performing a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence

Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements

Supporting the leadership team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects

Maintaining accurate records and databases

Contributing to the development and improvement of administrative processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Fresh Graduate or any years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
