A company in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to manage daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and have relevant administrative experience. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, correspondence management, and assisting the management team with various tasks. The position offers a base salary, annual bonus, and contributions to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, along with medical coverage.
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day administrative operations and support the management team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin to assist with communication and documentation involving Mandarin-speaking clients.
Perform daily administrative and clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling.
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts in Mandarin and English.
Handle office supplies, courier arrangements, and general office support.
Assist management with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – required for handling documents and communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
