Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director, CEO, CFO, and Senior Secretary in managing personal and administrative matters.
- Prepare cheques and payment vouchers for both company and personal transactions.
- Update and monitor daily cash flow for all incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Perform data entry and record all types of expenses, including donations, house maintenance bills, directors’ personal expenses, and credit card spending.
- Maintain proper safekeeping and filing of important documents, such as grants and original documents belonging to the Managing Director.
- Handle the renewal of all certificates and licenses related to the Managing Director.
- Manage renewal of vehicle insurance and road tax for both company and personal cars.
- Assist in preparing and updating minutes of meetings.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
- Arrange travel logistics for the Managing Director, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
