Job description

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate and support Training and Development activities for all staff.
  2. Prepare required training documents for the department/system process workflow for new and current systems according to ISO 19001.
  3. Prepare pre-documents for training including brochures, quotations, and trainer profiles.
  4. Liaise with HRDCorp officer or JPK officer.
  5. Liaise with other Training Providers to coordinate planned training.
  6. Submit any related documents for HRDCorp and JPK.
  7. Prepare and monitor SKM2 and SKM 3 candidates registration and examination.

Requirements

  1. This is a CONTRACT employment for 6 months.
  2. SPM/Certification/Diploma and above with 1 year of working experience in administration.
  3. Fresh Graduates with Diploma or Degree in any field.
  4. Possess own vehicle and willing to work at Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
  5. Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  6. Immediate joiner is preferred.
