Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
  2. Assist in resolving administrative problems.
  3. Answer calls from customers regarding inquiries.
  4. Prepare and modify documents such as correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
  5. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.
  6. Maintain office supplies for the department.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
  • Team player with a mature personality, able to work independently under pressure.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Seeking a stable and permanent job.
