ADMIN ASSISTANT (Fresh Graduates Are Welcome to Apply!)

We currently have several exciting opportunities available:-

Responsibilities for individual positions as below:

(Position level will be based on candidate’s experience)

HR administration such as check in for new employees and check out for resigned employees, including record of staff leave records as well as registering and deregistering of insurance.

Responsible in hiring process which include arrange interviews, staff onboarding & offboarding.

Administer, control and maintain office purchases including stationery, pantry supplies, and grocery supplies for all department.

Coordination and arrangement for repair & maintenance of office equipment such as printers, Fax Machine, photocopiers, etc.

Monitoring cleaners and services by vendors including pest control, fire extinguishers, photocopier etc.

Manages stock control, conducting periodical stock check, ensures that inventory record is accurate.

Keep track of Company Asset with proper labelling such as Laptop, Mobile Phone etc.

Managing all admin matters related to Office equipment, uniform, Staff ID badge and other general admin affairs related respectively.

Assist to monitor all ISO requirements and administrate on Company’s policies and procedures.

Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Account & Admin Assistant

To assist in prepare Invoice, Cash Sales, Proforma Invoice for Saliran Industrial by daily basis.

Responsible in office document filling, file tag and labelling.

Responsible in answering calls and correspondence (email etc.).

Responsible in courier service to client (Invoice), checking consignment note.

Update and follow up the returned DO (record to Excel File, request Company Chop & Sign).

Processing transactions, handling online banking payment entries, issuing cheque.

Prepare and key in all daily accounting transactions for Account Payable (AP), Cash Account Transaction (CAT) such as sales invoice, purchases invoice, credit/debit note, official receipt, payment voucher, petty cash etc.

Other duties / responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Report directly to Senior Account / Manager

What We’re Looking For:

Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Accounting or a related field.

Computer experience: Windows systems, MS Word and MS Excel.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Ability to speak in Mandarin/Cantonesewill be an added advantage.

Must posses own transport.

Willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Pusat Bandar Puchong, Selangor.
