Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures
  • Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other official documents
  • Process payment requests and coordinate approvals with relevant departments
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Monitor and manage office telecommunications (e.g., phone lines, internet, mobile lines)
  • Prepare, update, and issue invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and purchase/place orders as needed
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special assignments as needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
