Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures
- Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other official documents
- Process payment requests and coordinate approvals with relevant departments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Monitor and manage office telecommunications (e.g., phone lines, internet, mobile lines)
- Prepare, update, and issue invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and purchase/place orders as needed
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special assignments as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to speak and write in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
