Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  2. Perform data entry
  3. Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  4. Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  5. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  6. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  7. Maintain office supplies for department

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year working experience in related field
  2. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
  3. Able to communicate in English at an average level
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  5. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  6. Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  7. Looking for a stable and permanent job
