About the role

As an Admin Assistant at NTM SUPPLY SDN BHD, you will play a crucial administrative role within our thriving organisation located in Kulim, Kedah. This full-time position will see you provide key support to our client-facing and sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support to the sales and client service teams, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
  3. Scheduling appointments and arranging logistics for client meetings and events
  4. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  5. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  6. Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  4. Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
  5. Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a client-facing environment
  6. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
