Job description

Responsible for issuing of daily sales contract, sales order and processing all paperwork associated with customer’s purchase.

Prepare all paperwork associated with debit note, credit note (CN), finance tax invoice, indent sales, sales return and consignment sales.

Arrange transportation and issuing of delivery orders (DO) for third party warehouse delivery.

Prepare DO / Delivery Instruction Note based on the documentary advice/ notification from Sales.

Update Material Requirements Planning (MRP) forecast and issuing of purchase order and processing all paperwork associated with stock, non-stock and asset purchasing.

Printing of daily tax invoices and preparing pro-forma invoice (if any).

General housekeeping of all paperwork on open sales orders and sales admin work.

Checking of bills for payment. Checking of transport bills must ensure that all the returned documents for DO are properly endorsed and notify sales of any discrepancy.

Issuing non-compliance reports to respective departments based on the CN/ manual DO.

Assist the company in biannual stock count entry.

Perform other duties as and when required by the company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s in business administration or equivalent.

2-3 years in related work or in a clerical position

Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English

Well verse in Microsoft Office applications would be an added advantage.

Well verse in SAP system would be an added advantage.

Able to multitask, independent as well as being a good team player.
