Job description

Lighting Illusions is one of Australia's premier fans and lighting retailers, and we're expanding! We're seeking a dynamic Admin Assistant to join our growing Malaysian office and work directly with our Australian eCommerce team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Do

Be the backbone of our customer success:

Provide professional administrative support including data entry, customer communications, and live chat assistance

Maintain and update product information across our eCommerce platforms

Handle customer inquiries with expertise and care

Manage customer order administration from start to finish

Resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy

Take on exciting ad-hoc projects that contribute to our growth

What We're Looking For

Your Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration, or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Your Superpowers:

Exceptional time management and organizational abilities

Clear, positive communication style that builds relationships

Genuine passion for learning and professional development

Meticulous attention to detail with a highly organized approach

Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new systems

Enthusiasm for eCommerce and creating customer happiness

Bonus Points For:

Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite, Freshdesk)

Familiarity with Apple operating systems

Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
