Job Responsibility

  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, preparing and printing documents, and arranging for couriers.
  • Assisting in managing office inventories and monitoring supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements as needed.
  • Supporting other team members on ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.

Job Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
  • A good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
