Job description

The role of an Admin Assistant is, involved in mainly administrative tasks as well as routine documentation. Tasks involved would be attending to phone calls, scheduling of meetings, and managing schedules, as well as assist management and visitors while providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and hold a positive and helpful presence in workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to HR / Admin and other departments.
  • Undertake tasks receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
  • Greet, enroll and assist visitors.
  • Make travel and hotel arrangement as needed.
  • Responsible for general office administrative functions including monitoring office supplies/ expenses.
  • Liaises with mail/package with courier services.
  • Record typhoid injection project / internal staff.
  • Adhere Admin SOP.
  • Ensure company facility maintenance done on a regular basis.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidate are require to possess at least Diploma in any field or equivalent.

Work Experience & Skills Requirement(s):

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages would be preferred.

Salary Range :RM2,500 - RM3,500
