We are seeking a recent graduate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant within the security services sector. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to critical departments including Operations, Tender, and Accounts, focusing on security personnel management and government security contracts.1. Administrative Support (Bahagian Pentadbiran)• Assist in preparing letters and documentation (reminders, warnings, show cause letters, etc.)• Help with the preparation of appointment letters for security personnel• Assist in security screening applications (Vetting KDN)• Support in coordinating training (CSG) for security personnel• Assist in preparing HRDF claims• Help manage insurance bonds and project guarantees• Assist with ISO 9001:2015 documentation• Support license renewal processes (KDN & PIKM)• Maintain personal files for security staff• Update and record security guards' lea
