Job description

Job Responsibility

  1. Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair work for the building, grounds, and equipment.
  2. Manage inventory and order necessary maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
  4. Handle administrative tasks including record-keeping, budget tracking, billing, and report preparation.
  5. Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and local authorities on facility matters.
  6. Assist in preparing and managing service contracts and agreements.
  7. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely submission of reports, invoices, and attendance.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulations, house rules, and safety requirements.
  9. Address and resolve complaints from customers and tenants efficiently.
  10. Support emergency preparedness planning and implementation.
  11. Help review renovation applications and related documentation.
  12. Coordinate internal communication with other departments.
  13. Set up and maintain SOPs, staff job scopes, and service provider guidelines.
  14. Assist with annual planning, budgeting, and ISO documentation preparation.
  15. Oversee collections and ensure timely payment from tenants and owners.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 1 year working experience in related field.
  2. Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure.
  4. Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels.
  5. Able to communicate in English at an average level.
