Job description
Job Responsibility
Handle and attend customer requests and inquiries.
Update invoices and data entries.
Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
Coordinate, verify, and ensure accuracy of customer purchases.
Coordinate workflow among admin and production.
Prepare production orders.
Prepare and print customer orders via Microsoft Word or Photoshop.
Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation, and filing.
Perform administrative operations work and other tasks assigned.
Respond to customer inquiries through social media and telephone.
Involve in event preparation by ensuring checklist accuracy on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
Minimum education: Diploma and above.
Skills required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
Required languages: Mandarin, English.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word & Excel, Facebook, and Instagram.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
Good communication skills.
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Connaught, Cheras, KL.
Job Type: Full-time, 5.5 days a week.
