Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle and attend customer requests and inquiries.
  • Update invoices and data entries.
  • Prepare and issue quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Coordinate, verify, and ensure accuracy of customer purchases.
  • Coordinate workflow among admin and production.
  • Prepare production orders.
  • Prepare and print customer orders via Microsoft Word or Photoshop.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documentation, and filing.
  • Perform administrative operations work and other tasks assigned.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through social media and telephone.
  • Involve in event preparation by ensuring checklist accuracy on a timely basis.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above.
  • Skills required: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word & Excel, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Connaught, Cheras, KL.
  • Job Type: Full-time, 5.5 days a week.
