Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Generate sales by entering data into the company system.
  2. Advise and assist customers via phone, email, or social media.
  3. Assist with order placement, follow up on payments/services, or refunds.
  4. Prepare relevant documents such as invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and quotations.
  5. Arrange and schedule delivery and transportation.
  6. Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding delivery dates.
  7. Maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval.
  8. Coordinate and support team members within the company.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Required skills: selling skills, verbal communication, customer service, people skills, critical thinking, and computer literacy.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
  • Saturday: 9 am to 1 pm
