- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in tax administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Brasstax or Superior tax software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in both physical and digital formats.
- Manage and organize documents, files, and reports, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Coordinate office activities and events, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper functioning.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
