Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM3800

Monthly Travel Allowance: RM500 - RM1500 (subject to project)

One Day WFH Per Week: After probation (subject to performance)

What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  1. Prepare certification & factory audit documents within scheduled timeframes.
  2. Assist with local and overseas factory and product audits.
  3. Travel overseas for work (with extra allowance & bonus) to countries such as China, Korea, Japan, etc.
  4. Provide administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  5. Maintain and record license expiry dates.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  1. Diploma or higher education
  2. Language Skills: English, BM, Mandarin (to follow up with China factory)
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
