Responsibilities
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Handling various office duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Good English writing skills for correspondence and documentation.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Coordinating and maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organised and productive work environment.
  • Participating in special projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a similar industry.
