Une entreprise logistique de premier plan recherche un Administrateur pour maintenir les dossiers des conducteurs et fournir un service client de qualité. Vous serez responsable de diverses tâches administratives et devrez interagir avec les clients pour résoudre les problèmes de livraison. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisées, avec une bonne communication et des compétences en informatique.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en support administratif ou service client.
  • Compétences en Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent en Bahasa Malaisie et en anglais.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les dossiers des conducteurs, licences et permis.
  • Assister à l'intégration des conducteurs et à l'orientation.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients par téléphone, email ou en personne.

Job description

Maintain and update driver records, licenses, and permits.

Assist with driver onboarding and orientation processes.

Track attendance, leave, and performance records of drivers.

Handle communication with drivers regarding schedules, compliance, and operational updates.

Warehouse Support:

Assist in inventory tracking and data entry.

Prepare and file delivery orders, goods received notes (GRN), and related documents.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.

Help organize warehouse administrative tasks and audits.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly.

Liaise between the warehouse, drivers, and customers to resolve delivery or service issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.

Provide updates to customers on delivery status and order tracking.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Have 1–2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service (logistics industry is a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
