Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform liaison, coordination, and organizational tasks supporting managers and professionals.
- Draft administrative correspondence and minutes.
- Monitor deadlines and follow-up dates.
- Schedule meetings and organize travel arrangements.
- Assist in budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, drafting contracts, and purchase orders.
- Liaise with staff regarding organizational matters.
- Write and respond to business or technical correspondence.
- Prepare verbatim reports of proceedings using shorthand or specialized equipment.
- Supervise clerical support staff.
