- Assist in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in sample preparation and delivery to customers.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure cleanliness and organization of the lab space.
- Prepare chemical samples according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests and analyses, accurately recording and reporting results.
- Assist in inventory management of chemicals, reagents, and lab supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain accurate records of lab activities, experiments, and results.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures in the lab and administrative areas.
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain and organize laboratory supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and analyses, following established procedures and protocols with meticulous attention to detail.
- Record and document all experimental data accurately and systematically, maintaining detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
- Assist in the preparation of chemical solutions and reagents, adhering to safety guidelines and quality control standards.
- Support the laboratory team in conducting research and development activities, including sample preparation, data collection, and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, compiling data and creating visual aids as needed.
- Maintain and update databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Perform other administrative and laboratory duties as assigned by supervisors.
