Job Description

Financial Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements and management reports.
  2. Prepare and provide financial information in accordance with corporate and statutory requirements.
  3. Organize and maintain proper account filing systems.
  4. Handle accounts for a group of companies.
  5. Act as the key liaison to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant government authorities regarding the company's financial status.
  6. Implement and manage e-invoicing systems in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Monitor e-invoicing submissions to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  8. Undertake any ad-hoc projects or reporting as assigned.
  9. Administrative Responsibilities:

    1. Manage and oversee all administrative processes and procedures, including HR administration.
    2. Supervise and coordinate administrative staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
    3. Develop and implement administrative policies, systems, and best practices.
    4. Maintain and update all company records, documents, and databases.
    5. Provide administrative support to the management team.
    6. Manage office equipment, supplies, and inventory.
    7. Liaise with external service providers and vendors.
    8. Identify and implement process improvements.
    9. Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with standards and statutory requirements.
    10. Handle end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing, timely payouts, and statutory compliance.
    11. Monitor payroll efficiency and statutory contributions remittance.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
    2. Basic knowledge of local employment laws and HR administration.
    3. Proficiency in SQL accounting software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
    4. Ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.
    5. Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and ability to work independently.
    6. Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
    7. Languages required: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
