Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Support general office upkeep and ensure a tidy work environment.

Accounts / Finance Duties
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash.

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry into accounting systems.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.

  • Liaise with external vendors, clients, and accountants when required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or SQL) is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
