A leading company is seeking an Accounts and Administration Assistant in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing correspondence, processing invoices, and supporting financial tasks. Candidates should have a minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration with strong organizational skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Support general office upkeep and ensure a tidy work environment.

Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
Maintain accurate financial records and data entry into accounting systems.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Liaise with external vendors, clients, and accountants when required.
Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or SQL) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
