Job summary

A Malaysian food company is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar field, and should be fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of tracking office supplies. Qualifications

  • Experience in the F&B sector is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing correspondence, including emails and mail
  • Filing records and organizing documents
  • Data entry and database management
  • Operating and performing basic troubleshooting of office equipment
Scheduling and Coordination
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Managing calendars for multiple parties to avoid conflicts
  • Coordinating office activities and operations
Supply and Inventory Management
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies and other stock
  • Ensuring adequate supplies are always available
Financial and Accounting Support
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Processing invoices and expense reports
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Other Duties
  • Prepare Monthly claim
  • Assisting colleagues with various tasks as needed
  • Perform administrative task as assigned by a superior.
Requirements
  • Possess minimum 2 years working experience in any field, experience in similar field will be an added advantage
  • Work experience in F&B will be an added advantage
  • Preferably candidates with SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field
  • Good command and writing of Mandarin, English and Malay
  • Fast learner and well‑organized
  • High attention to details and full accountability
  • Meticulousness and caution in work; and a strong sense of responsibility to complete task given
