Job summary

Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support Mortality & Retakaful tasks, including reporting templates, data generation and reconciliation. The role contributes to timely processing and data accuracy.

You will assist in retakaful administration, model new products in ReAcc, and help with ad-hoc mortality and retakaful tasks, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Mortality & Retakaful tasks including preparation of reporting templates, claims data generation and data reconciliation.
• Handle retakaful administration processes, including new product modeling in ReAcc and assist with backlogs of retakaful queries from RTOs.
• Support enhancements and improvements of current Mortality & Retakaful processes and procedures.
• Assist in mortality & retakaful ad-hoc tasks as required.
