IM Interactive Solution Sdn Bhd (brand: Instamedia) is Malaysia’s pioneer in AI-powered photo booths, immersive mini-games, and custom event tech. We’re looking for a high-energy sales professional to drive new business as we scale our flagship Photo/Video Solutions and integrated event-tech solutions.
Own the full B2B sales funnel – prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close deals with brands, agencies, and venue partners.
Consult, don’t just sell. Use a needs-analysis approach to craft solutions that combine our in-house IMX Engine, IN:FRAME photo/video suite, and Unity-powered mini-games.
Hit and exceed targets. You’ll inherit warm leads plus generate your own; monthly revenue goal starts at RM 50k with uncapped upside.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project directors, developers, and creatives to ensure flawless hand-off and delivery.
Maintain pipeline visibility in Monday.com and follow automated n8n/WhatsApp touchpoints to keep prospects moving.
Represent Instamedia at expos, client pitches, and virtual demos; occasional travel and after-hours networking required.
2-5 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in events, media, SaaS, or martech.
Proven record of beating revenue targets and managing a consultative sales cycle.
Strong presentation & negotiation skills; comfortable demoing tech solutions to senior marketers.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Monday.com, HubSpot, etc.) and a data-driven mindset.
Self-starter attitude: proactive, coachable, and excited to build repeatable processes.
Excellent spoken & written English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin a plus.
Base Salary + Lucrative Commission — competitive fixed pay and uncapped, tiered commissions (realistic OTE > RM 100k/year).
Performance Bonuses and annual increments tied to KPIs.
Working at our KL HQ plus client-site visits.
