The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay, proficiency in Excel, and robust business acumen. Responsibilities include connecting with sellers, analyzing store performance, and promoting platform initiatives. 1) Take responsibility for the assigned seller pool by initiating and building strong connections with sellers through calls and visits.
2) Identify areas for improvement in the respective stores within the seller pool and provide guidance to sellers on necessary actions.
3) Promote platform activities and drive adoption rates for campaigns, new seller packages, coins, and ad spending.
4) Enhance seller commitment to the platform by encouraging participation through buyer discounts and increased ad spending.
Job Requirements
1) Fluent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
2) Proficient in Excel with a strong data-oriented mindset.
3) Strong business acumen, capable of analyzing data and assisting sellers in improving their stores.
4) Excellent negotiation skills to effectively convince sellers to participate in platform activities.
5) A helpful and supportive attitude, essential for providing assistance to sellers.
