Job summary

Veralto in Malaysia is looking for an Accounts Receivable professional to manage assigned customer accounts, drive collection targets, and respond to queries. You will perform daily collection calls, monitor aging, and reconcile balances, working closely with intra-company teams.

In this full-time role based in Selangor, you will assist with month-end closing, GST/SST processes, and intercompany settlements in SAGE, leveraging Excel and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAGE or ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned customer accounts and contribute to AR targets.
• Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage daily collection calls and follow-ups on overdue accounts.
• Monitor payment commitments and ensure timely payment.
• Identify discrepancies and perform account reconciliation.
