Accounts Receivable Executive

We are looking for Accounts Receivable Executive to manage incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in customer invoicing and maintaining proper financial records. This role is crucial in the Group's cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices and resolving any billing issues.

Responsibilities:

Generate and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.

Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts and overdue payments.

Follow up with customers via email or phone to ensure timely payment collection.

Apply incoming payments to customer accounts and maintain updated records.

Resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in coordination with sales and customer service teams.

Reconcile customer accounts and process credit notes when necessary.

Maintain detailed records of all collection efforts and payment statuses.

Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end closing activities.

Support internal and external audit requirements related to accounts receivable.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Min a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

At least 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting. We welcome fresh graduates who are interested in AR.

Agile, dynamic and flexible to fast-paced working environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients / customers).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Our office is located at 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor (please Google us up before applying for this role to see if the location is ideal for future commute to work).

We are fully on-site and our working hours is 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri.
