Accounts Receivable Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with a focus on the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in full set accounts, particularly within a manufacturing field. A strong willingness to learn and adapt, along with additional skills in SST (Sales and Service Tax) management and Mandarin proficiency, will be considered advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounts Receivable Management: Generate and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
2. Payment Processing & Reconciliation: Record incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
3. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare aging reports, monitor outstanding balances, and provide collection updates.
4. Customer Relationship & Credit Control: Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing disputes. Assess customer creditworthiness and enforce credit control policies.
5. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and support audits with necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
2. Knowledge in e-invoice regulations is an advantage.
3. Experience in SST & Autocount.
4. Experience in preparing audit schedules.
5. Strong written skills in English; ability to write professional emails and formal letters is essential.
6. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
