We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivables Analyst to manage the portfolio for Thailand entity. This role will mainly run the Accounts Receivable activities, support the continuous improvement initiatives and involve in the back-up of operational tasks within the AR Team. This role must be able to read and write in Thai.

Responsibilities:

1. Run Accounts Receivable processes in line with company policies and financial strategy
2. Analyse customers’ financial position, credit reports, reports of credit insurance companies, payment behaviour
3. Monitor the credit blocked and perform the necessary assessment
4. Release orders blocked due to overdue / credit limit issue
5. Perform credit assessment for new and existing customer
6. Provide credit limit proposal for new and existing customer to OPCO
7. Prepare month end AR related reports
8. Prepare proposal for the provision for doubtful debts
9. Contact external customer and perform a reminder on the next payment due date and follow up on the overdue items
10. Resolving complaints and disputes and monitoring the progress
11. Identifying reasons for non-payment and propose action plans
12. Contribute to the development and implementation of changes in the AR process

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent and/or a professional accountancy qualification from a recognized university
2. At least 2 years of experience in the finance function
3. Knowledge of finance applications and processes and exposure to SAP & credit management tool
4. Shared service experience is an added advantage
5. Must be able to read and write in Thai
