One Identity is seeking an Accounts Payable, Senior Analyst to join a dynamic Accounting team in Cyberjaya (hybrid environment).

Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable, Senior Analyst you will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

• Responsible on timely invoice processing
• Ensure payment are processed and posted accurately and on timely manner
• Resolve invoice posting/reconciliation issues
• Responsible to ensure vendor documentation are in compliance to local requirements
• Handle and resolve queries from vendor pertaining to invoices and payments
• Prepare relevant reports required by manager
• Handles audit queries related to Accounts Payable
• Involve in continuos improvement

Qualifications

The successful candidate possess the following skills, but not limited to:

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance and/or professional accreditation
• 2 to 4 years commercial experience
• Experience in AP shared service center will be an added advantage
• Proficient in English
• Organized and efficient in dealing with high transactional volume tasks
• Flexible with positive and proactive attitude
