Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Accounts Payable cum Admin to join our growing grocery business. The ideal candidate will handle supplier invoices, payments and general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations in both accounting and office support.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
  • Process supplier invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain proper records of all AP transactions and reconcile supplier statements.
  • Handle petty cash, staff claims, and other expense reimbursements.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Assist in month‑end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Administration
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, supplies, etc.).
  • Support management in coordinating deliveries, stock documents, and vendor communications.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office and store environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in retail or grocery industry is an added advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. AutoCount or similar).
  • Detail‑oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
