  • Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Job description

  • Minimum 2 yearS of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
  • A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Required language(s): English (proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
  • Preparing and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconciling bank statements and accounts
  • Support the preparation and submission of e-invoice, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirement
  • Assisting with the preparation periodic Accounts.
  • Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team
  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the superior to support office operations.
