- Minimum 2 yearS of experience in an accounts assistant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- A diploma or degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
- Required language(s): English (proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage).
- Preparing and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Support the preparation and submission of e-invoice, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirement
- Assisting with the preparation periodic Accounts.
- Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team
- Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Any other ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by the superior to support office operations.
